Howdy! I’m en route back to Ann Arbor after an amazing two days in Nashville. Six of us were selected from the Organizational Strategy Club to compete in the National Human Capital Case Competition, which was sponsored by Deloitte and Vanderbilt University. Our team was tasked with developing a growth and human capital strategy for Google. Learning what makes organizations effective and successful was one of
the main reasons I decided to go to business school. And I've found case competitions an excellent hands-on learning experience to explore more about possible career paths. While we didn't win, a couple of us are already devising how we're going back next year to bring back the $10,000 prize!
Kicking off our boots in Nashville!
