Greetings! My name is Erica Lo and I am a MBA2 (!) at the Ross School of Business. I feel like I can formally introduce myself as a second-year student after meeting some MBA1s last week. There is such excitement and enthusiasm on campus and I’m really looking forward to the upcoming year. As strange as it seems, I’m envious of the MBA1s since they still have two full years of school remaining. It’s hard to believe how fast the first year has gone by and how busy, intense and rewarding it has been.
Speaking of busy, this first entry will be a short one as class begins tomorrow. I know what you’re thinking…Class? In August? Don’t worry, it is optional! Approximately 25 Ross students met today in Tryavna, Bulgaria, where we are taking a negotiations course along with students from Bulgaria and all over the world. I am really excited to see so many Ross classmates for the first time since we departed for the summer, and am excited to meet new friends as well. This course is just one of many international or cross-cultural opportunities that Ross offers, alongside student-run clubs like the Ross Cultural Exchange and of course, MAP!
It’s late here, so I will end this entry for now. Thanks for reading and check back frequently for updates!
Hanging out with Ross classmates in Sofia, Bulgaria

Interesting! Hope you had a great time. If you get the chance to write about your MAP experiences, that'd be great too. It's such an interesting and impressive initiative at Ross.
